Strong demand for sections continues

According to sales manager Dianne Cartmer, sections released early this year for sale in the final stage four are being snapped up for future homeowners.

“There’s no better time to move. Demand is such that we arranged for sections in the final stage to be available as early as possible. They are priced from $430,000, but potential buyers will need to be in quick to secure these premium harbour side sections which are definitely priced to sell,” says Dianne. “Spec homes built by Auckland’s top builders such as GJ Gardner and Platinum Homes are also on sale here and are attracting a lot of attention.”
